We offer between 25% and 35% of what we price items at in cash. We pay a higher percentage for high-demand brands like Lululemon, Free People, or Nike, Columbia, The North Face, Coach, Obey, Vans, Anthropologie, and more. We pay a little less for mass-produced brands.
Trade Value
To maximize your payout, trade in with us. We pay 25% more than the cash value in trade. Store credit is valid for three years and stays on your store account until you’re ready to spend it. With tens of thousands items to choose from, we think you’ll find sustainable styles you’ll love.
Consignment
For high-end brands like Chanel®,
Louis Vuitton, Prada, or sFull Widthpecialty items, we offer cash and consignment. When you consign with us, we pay you up to 60% of the selling price when the item sells. We take care of the details, so you don’t have to manage a listing or deal with returns!

Do I need an appointment to sell my clothes?
Once we’re open, no appointment will be necessary! Simply bring your items during store hours, and our buying team will assess them while you shop. The process usually takes around 15-30 minutes.
How long does the selling process take?
Once we’re open, the time it takes for our buyers to review your items will depend on how many items you bring and how busy the store is. On average, it takes about 15-30 minutes, but during peak times, it may take longer. For a more accurate estimate, feel free to call ahead before you come in.
What types of items do you accept?
We accept women's clothing in all seasons and sizes, ranging from XS-XXL (size 0 to 18), and men's clothing in sizes XS-XXL (size 28 to 44). We also buy gently used shoes, accessories, and handbags for resale. We're looking for stylish, high-quality items in excellent condition. You can choose to receive either cash or store credit for the items we purchase from you!
How do I get paid for the clothes I sell?
You can choose between cash or store credit for your items. Store credit will give you an extra 25% more than cash, and it can be used immediately in-store for your next purchase!
How do I get more money for my items?
To get the best value for your items, make sure they’re freshly laundered, in excellent condition, and on-trend. Check for any rips, stains, fading, or missing buttons. We buy items based on their condition, style, current trends, and inventory needs. Simply bring your items in a bin or bag, and we’ll make an offer quickly.
How do you price items and what determines my payout?
Our pricing is guided by software that helps us determine a fair offer for each item, ensuring we provide generous compensation for sellers while keeping prices accessible for buyers. Luxury brands may be priced higher due to their value. Payouts typically range from 25-35% of the selling price in cash or 25% more in store credit. There’s no obligation to accept our offer, and we aim to create a win-win-win for everyone—allowing sellers to declutter or trade up while offering quality items at prices that benefit our community.
Do buy plus-size or specialty clothing?
We may buy some plus-size clothing or specialty clothing, but please note that we are very selective with our inventory. Our selection changes frequently, so we recommend calling ahead to discuss selling your plus-size or specialty clothing before making the trip.
Will I be able to shop online?
While we’re not open yet, we will offer in-store shopping once we open our doors. Our inventory will be updated regularly, so be sure to follow us on social media for updates on new arrivals, store events, and the grand opening!
